Returns

Goods supplied of merchantable quality will not be accepted for credit unless returned within 7 days of issue, quoting the invoice number. All new parts returned for credit are subject to a handling charge. Goods correctly supplied to special orders cannot be accepted for credit. Nothing herein is designed to, nor will it affect a customers statutory rights. The title in the goods does not pass to the customer until all monies have been received in full.

Delivery

Delivery charges are based on a per-item basis, and are for UK mainland locations. Steinmetz Direct will undertake to dispatch your order by the most reliable, quickest and cost effective method. A £12.00 + VAT per item charge is added when ordering as this is the average charge across the range, but clearly a small, inexpensive product will not incur the full £12.00 + VAT charge. Wheel & Tyre set delivery charge is £40 (£10 per wheel). Should it transpire that carriage charges amount to more than specified when the order was placed, you will be contacted and informed before the order is dispatched.
